ARUDRA PURUGU(RED VELVET MITE)

HI friends, today I want to share my morning experience where I found these small bugs here in my village near Visakhapatnam. This is the 1st time I had seen such beautiful bugs, never before they are very soft and really seen as they were wearing red velvet dress. When I saw they appeared all red everywhere on the ground the best view and I touched them felt really great very cute they don't harm humans nor bite. First we need to know about their story then my experience with them

Coming into story while i am way to my home i brought some bugs with me and left them in my garden they wondered in the new place on observing them they dig the sand and went inside after some time....i just searched the name in google red velvet bug then it displayed arudra purugu on youtube

Their benefits are amazing, they do good to nature, make soil fertile. In ancient times it is believed that if they appear then it brings good luck to farmers they appear only 15 days before rainy season out of 365 days. They come out eat all the harmful bugs and helps crops to grow....now-a-days these  become extinction. But what i heard about their extinction broke my heart 

Many people including farmers were collecting them and smuggling to other countries they are using these bugs in hair oils eating pan and other purposes this is not right they are indirectly effecting nature. This is very bad we need to educate and make aware every individual not to do this, some people even though they know the benefit of the bug they are doing some illegal business. When i bought them to my garden they just liked the place and started doing their job helping me in eliminating the warms and other plant eaters..every morning they come out of the soil and that's the time we feel the best view all the garden again they dig back to the soil may be i cant see them after some more days again i need to wait for another year for beautiful pet bugs.....
